Outdoor adventures provide a wide range of physical and mental benefits.  They promote aerobic capacity and requires you to l focus and expand awareness.

Stress is relieved within minutes of exposure to nature as measured by muscle tension, blood pressure, and brain activity. Time in green spaces significantly reduces your cortisol, which is a stress hormone.

Students will learn about pistol parts, ammunition, gun safety, shooting fundamentals and various stances.
